Are your products custom-made?
Yes. We offer both custom-made designs and in-house designs.
Custom-made products are created specifically based on your selected options, while our in-house designs are pre-designed collections available for select phone models.
Can I return a custom-made product?
No. Custom-made or personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, except where required by law.
Please review all customization details carefully before placing your order.
Can I return non-custom products?
Yes. Our in-house design products may be returned within 7 days of delivery provided that:
1- The product is unused
2- The packaging is unopened and intact
3- The item is returned in its original condition
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
We’ll review the issue and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
Custom-made products may take longer due to production time. Any extended processing time will be communicated where necessary.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Orders typically arrive within 4–8 business days for customers in the US and EU, and 10–30 business days for locations outside the US and EU.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and do not include processing time. Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs are outside our control.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details where available.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders for custom-made products cannot be canceled once production has started.
Orders for non-custom products may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
What phone models do you support?
We currently support iPhone, Samsung, and Google Pixel models.
Available models may vary by design. Please ensure you select the correct phone model before checkout.
What if I selected the wrong phone model?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds for incorrect model selections, especially for custom-made products.
Please double-check your phone model before placing your order.
Do colors look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to display our products accurately. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device settings, and lighting conditions.
